Nice find Irving. Yeah, there's a deep history of German immigrants settling in TX. You can find their influence in quite a bit of the state.

Not all things California are bad, Golden Road "Wit Girl Wasted", a Belgium style wit. This brewery is easily top 5 for me.

Been drinking a great amount of local Texas beer. I'm actually staying with someone that works at a local brewery. No pictures though.
