They are proudly following Orthodox Islam and doing exactly what their "religion" requires them to do.
Muslims who are not blowing up Christians and Jews are the slackers - and they are often blown up by the "true followers" as well.

Happy, as in content with a western lifestyle and success.

A lotta food for thought. I was active duty at the time and there was a lot of speculation when we'd go to war. From hearing the Admiral talk, it was a wonder that even the Libya got hit.
