"O" is dead on spring rate. "+" Is within spec but slightly higher spring rate. "-" is also within spec but slightly lower. Usually people put the "+" on the driver's side so the weight of the driver makes up for much of the "+" rate.

Bingo. Generally they will put them out in a +/o or o/- config if not +/+, o/o or -/- config to make it good for balance. IMO since you drive solo 90%+ of the time you actually want one of the staggered options.

All this suspension talk makes me a little bit sad already that I just took a deposit on the Tacoma and it will probably be out of my garage in the next few days. Le sad.

Thanks again for the info, I was a bit worried at first thinking I had the wrong spring, as I am out of time to aquire parts, and have this afternoon and tomorrow to get everything installed, but it all makes sense.

Noooooo, the Tacoma is going bye, I was hoping to win the lottery before you sold it. Somebody other than me saw the value in your truck and will have an excellent rig.
