Vehicle registration. Half as much as in CO.
I just tossed a set of those in the trash. I was having a heavy squawking noise from the front of my truck and figured out the top part of the strut was rubbing on the inside of the spacer. I ended up going with taller struts with no spacer to accomplish the same thing.
