Damn. We do have an ignore list. I keep forgetting...and that bothers me.

But on the positive side, I have something that can avoid something bothersome.

    Company Pot-lucks.

I have no desire to sacrifice my lunch hour escape from the office to sit around and eat cat hair pudding.

Ugh, I hate pot-lucks. Lots of e.g. "fruit/potato salad" crap I have no interest in eating and a ton of people in the kitchen are utterly disgusting. So, I feel ya.

Pot-Luck needs to be restricted to a green chili cookoff.

The building maintenance people at my office will jump out of the ceiling tiles the moment a crockpot gets plugged in anywhere in the building. Same with an electric blanket or a fan. I am half tempted to bring my propane camp stove and serve fondue on the next food day, just to see if I can give them a coronary.

We did those when i worked for the state, once a month there was chili day. Nice thing was everyone was on staggered work schedule. So you didn't have 50+ people crammed in the dining area, at 1x.

I guess that also helps limit traffic jams at the shitters afterward.
