Yeah, that's the common acronym/abbreviation for Verizon Wireless. They have enough products across the country that you'll often see the mobile specific service referred to as VZW.

I've heard that CS w/Xfinity Mobile can suck but, realistically speaking, what CS is good in 2019 especially when it comes to things like ISPs and mobile phone service? We went through a phase starting several years ago where we were playing mobile phone providers against each other and made thousands via their various promotions that were out of control for a while. In most every situation I needed to contact customer service for Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon. All of them were terrible.

As with most things these days, usually your best bet is to avoid having to contact CS at all costs. That seems to be the best CS experience available since it's become a lost art form.

Have had Xfinity Mobile for over 2 1/2 years... Samsung Galaxy 8 Android purchased through them 2 1/2 years ago NO ISSUES EVER. Now that the phones are paid off, wife and mine combined bill is $18/month

Xfinity Mobile will be changing their pricing plans to be by the Gig only in Feb.
I've been under their "100mb Data" free plan, before you pay by the Gig, since we only use Wifi.
I have 2 phones on their plan and was paying about $6 per month for both phones.
Their new plan will bounce me up to $24 for both, I believe.
No problems with calls for either of us.

I read where some people who were on their older plans were being forced to the newer style plans as they phase out the low data plans. Bummer for those paying next to nothing for so long.

    Yep, that's me.
We'll see how much the new plan will cost next month.

I use tons of data because I don?t have WiFi at work
I?m currently at 126 gb since August first
I am on sprint which as a whole has crap service especially rurally but even at my house Havana and mlk it is less than 2mb/s. I have a tower across the street from work so great speeds available

117 dollars a month for unlimited no throttling data

That's why I dumped my Sprint "Unlimited" plan. The limitation was their network. It was all you could drink through a coffee stir stick. I also got caught by their WiMax fail so they were way behind even T-Mobile in this market.

I got better service with more useful bandwidth on Verizon's 3GB plan for less money.

If you can find a deal that will let you ride Verizon's network, you should be OK.

I had hope when I saw this thread. I’ve had Sprint for a long time with no issues. I recently started working in rural Kansas 1/3 of my life, and Sprint coverage sucks there. To the point that I’ve had to buy an overpriced burner phone to get calls (100% absolutely have to be available by phone). Checked Comcast coverage, doesn’t look much better. Guess I’ll be swapping to notoriously overpriced AT&T soon.

Check Viaero. They have been growing NW KS, W, SW NE, NE CO pretty aggressively last several years.

We don't like them as a corp, but may have best shot at decent coverage.
