Stopped by the Thornton Sportsman's Warehouse this afternoon. Strict access control limiting to 50 people in the building at a time. Semi-auto handguns looked about 95% wiped out (a few pocket guns and higher end 1911's left, plus one Hi-Point. Revolvers about 50% gone, with the balance being mostly cowboy or big-bore stuff. Look like MSR's had been hit, but were a few left. Plenty of hunting guns of all types. Most .22 LR was gone except for the $8 per box Interceptor. I think I saw about 10 total boxes of handgun ammo- one .40, two .44 Special, two .41 Mag, one .454, two .460 and one .50 AE. All MSR ammo was gone except for a few boxes each of 7.62mm NATO ball, 6.8 SPC, and 5.45mm Soviet. A few people fondling a gun or two and filling out 4473s.

Murdoch's in Silverthorne has closed the guns/ammo dept., the rest of the store is open. Evidently you can buy-whatever they have-online, come in to the store to pick it up but no going in to that dept. to shop, too many people not "social distancing".

I?m waiting on a transfer from out of state. My FFL was supposed to send their info on Tuesday and didn?t. I called Wednesday and they said they would do it right away. I?m a bit worried that the impending shutdown will leave my package stuck in USPS limbo until it gets returned to the shipper. I was hoping the gun store would call me today so I could at least start the paperwork. It?s not an emergency, but I?m just hoping the seller doesn?t renege and sell it higher locally instead.

I Just came from Sportman's warehouse. There is about 3-5 people in line to get in, and about 7 people waiting for gun counter.

Lots of 50bmg, 338 lapua magnum, 243win, 270, etc. Just none of popular rounds like 9/40/45/223,556/308/etc.
I might need to do more hw on 270gr hornday precision hunter.

I think that would be pretty normal pricing for .338LM GMM. ~$5/shot seems to be in the ballpark of what I remember.

Yeah. $100 per 20 round is normal since forever.
Some ppu or s&b brands are about 65ish per 20 round box.
