Yeah, most every county included FFL's as essential but the state didn't. Not cool.

If CBI shuts down background checks that would be a clear sign.

The gun store in Denver that filed a suit, it was dismissed by the judge who said that they want a customer not the business to file it. So the gun-shop got someone to do it. It was only on one news outlet and no one else mentioned it in the news.

Denver gun shop owner files lawsuit against the city to change 'non-essential' status of his store

That is a list from State patrol, this news agency listed as on it?

    What the order does

All of the details in the order were not immediately released. A copy of the document will be added to this story when it?s released to the news media.

But it generally mandates Coloradans stay home unless they need to leave for necessary business reasons or to get food, exercise or seek medical care.

Businesses deemed ?critical? are exempt. They must, however, adhere to strict social distancing measures. Critical businesses, activities and sites include:

Hospitals, pharmacies, veterinarians, and other health care providers
Utilities, oil and gas production operations, transportation infrastructure, hotels, and restaurants and bars offering takeout and delivery
Grocery stores, gas stations, gun stores, liquor stores, marijuana shops, banks, auto supply and repair businesses, and child care centers
    The news media
Visits to family members or other loved ones who need help or medical care

Information on what penalties violators may face were not immediately released.

On Sunday, Polis said stay-at-home and similar shelter-in-place orders could not be enforced. ?No matter the way that these are being explained to people, there is no civil law enforcement authority that is in a position in any city or state to enforce these,? he said.

Guess we need to see the "official document"

Air Care CO closed all testing stations and DMV waived all penalties and fees if late.

the "Official" Document listed firearms stores. (they cant says FFL's)

So should be allowed to stay open but people will panic.
