Under federal law you would have to sell the firearms to an FFL or use an FFL to do the transfer to a private party.

As a resident of Colorado you can not sell to a resident of another state, C&R does not make a difference unless you have a C&R License, then I do not know how C&R licensee’s are regulated.

Mags are no issue.
