    I neglected to rub down the brisket I bought but I picked up a nice 2 lb T-bone in the commissary. Got the charcoal grill nice and hot so I could get a good sear on both sides and still keep it rare inside. Sorry, no pictures.

    The guy storms out and then it hits the kid. Even with the mask on. He looked and sounded, like the guv. That and the 2 suv's, one in front and one behind of the guys suv.
    Too bad his partner doesn't like Cheetos.

    Wanted to go for prime rib on Saturday, but they weren't taking walk-ins (think there was some private party going on), so instead we went out for BBQ. In honor of the day, I got triple meat!
