Just to revisit this. Regarding college tuition. The scores are gamed every semester to get those athletic scholarships.. For a potential future NFL RB, who couldn't add to 10, if he counted on both hands. Politicians game the system to get their kids in to a better ranked college, so it looks good on their CV.

You answered your question. Considering how the election turned out, where states stopped counting ballots. Then resumed late in to the morning.
OR as in AZ, called it for biden without all the ballots counted. The alleged trump train was supposedly 90+ miles long. While media outlets disputed that number. NO media outlet countered with their own.

I think cost of rigging outweighs the benefit state will receive.
