Have two vehicles that need an emissions test. Looks like I?ll be wasting half of one of my days off. Yay.

Currently have a bit of an exhaust manifold leak on my truck. Hopefully that isn?t a deal breaker with the emissions monkeys.

Emissions done. That was fun. Damn near makes me want to consider some new vehicles before the next go round in two years.

The kid running the dyno in the lane I was in pulled the car in front of me onto the dyno without disconnecting the gas cap machine from the vehicle. Jerked the whole machine away from the wall when he ran out of hose and ripped the gas cap off the car from it?s little tether.

There were signs saying they?re hiring. $14 an hour. I guess the people too stupid to get a $15 an hour at a fast food joint must go to work there.

While I doubt their equipment and test protocols are accurate or valid, it is interesting that my Dodge with the hemi pollutes less than my wife?s four cylinder Nissan.

Just get a west slope address and register over here.

No emissions testing over here. I need to start up some kind of remote address service like the RV'ers, use, lol.

Should have hit the drive by free emissions scanners twice at least 60 days before your tags expired. They list where they are going to be weekly on their web site.

I used to hit those things all the time just by happenstance.

When my wife actually worked in the office I would pick her up and take her to lunch on Fridays and those things were always set up near hwy 36 and Wadsworth.

Are those a substitute for the emissions test?
How do you get proof for renewing the registration?

Great morning at Mason Res yesterday. Wish the trout had been bigger, but the surroundings can't be beat.
