    Michael Yon was busy trying, along with many others, to coordinate the rescue of Americans and here are some details. He has texts with an Army Colonel in which they were trying to get American citizens through, who standing at the gates waving passports. He was told the State Department ordered them not to let people through. Yon and other private citizens and vets provided contact info, passport pictures, locations, etc. to the .gov of people who needed evac'd. Many of them made it through checkpoints and to the gate only to be refused entry by the US. Yon says they had 3 privately funded empty planes for these people yet they still weren't let in.

    That's what I'm hearing and reading as well. American citizens with passports were either left at the airport or were not allowed to enter the gates.

    Nothing but lies from the Biden Admin. I guess I'm not surprised. Let me know when they start telling the truth.

    Given everything that has happened, I honestly don't believe gross incompetence explains it. I'm now of the belief that the CiC and those around him are fundamentally evil people at their core. You just can't treat American citizens that way. Not a question of hatred of those on the right. Americans try8ing to get out are of all stripes of political belief, religion, etc. They are just people, and they are our brothers and sisters who we all should care deeply about. Just a matter of human decency, or not.
