Senate Bill 24-131

Would ban concealed carry in public parks, community centers, churches, hospitals (or any medical or health facility), banks, meseums, liquor stores, any property owned or leased by state or local government, adjacent parking lots of any of these places and other "sensitive areas" like any place a government meeting occurs, regardless of the government owns or leases it.

Another, SB 24-003 would allow CBI to investigate guns crimes...you know, to 'help' local law enforcement that is understaffed. But really, it's to bypass the local sheriff's who won't prosecute these new or future gun laws.

RMGO has sent a cease and desist tot eh legislature and Polis for 24-131 based on similar bill being found unconstitutional in other states.

Interesting that liquor stores are listed, but bars arent.aren't. That's not even allowed in TX (with very few exceptions- I'm an exception at one place).
