Lakewood - Federal Center, yes there will be some drive time.

Hilton H2 or Hampton Inn, same parking lot. It is not on a highway so less noise, restaurants within walking distance, washer/dryer in the building, a park nearby, and finally not in a shithole area.

But work pays for my hotels.

There is no place that is totally safe in the Denver metro area and auto theft is out of control. Does he need to have his tools in his truck while he is here or could he store them someplace?

Please contact me via PM if you want additional input.
I'd stay away from the hotels near the highway. A LOT of crime going on at the hotels at I-25 and Arapahoe/I-25 and Dry Creek.

He can find a SECURE parking garage to park his vehicle in... many paid garages are not secure... average cost to park is $16 a day. Then use Lyft for rides.

    Must be going to CEC.
His truck full of tools is not safe in their parking lots while going. Secured parking and a hooptey while attending and for commuting to & from A safer area.
I caught jack wads trying my tool bin doors while going there and walking out of class.
Tell him to find a Larry BoBo class or the like to brush up for the CO. Journeyman?s or Master?s test.

He is. I shot him a text with their website, thanks. He's been a lic electrician down here for a few years, now living on the western slope. Appreciate the info, thanks.

Let him know that CO. Has adapted the 2023 NEC and source it for testing.
Also he cannot take his own copy to the test, they will supply an un-tabbed and unmarked copy, and he can only take a basic calculator, no programmable or graphing ones allowed.
He won’t have the cheat advantage with one of their old just before a code cycle change marked & erased answer copy that people have done.on their test.
