'Bout 12-13 years ago, I was working for awhile in Jackson, WY (aka Jackson Hole). Talk about a beautiful place. But talking to the locals, they were distressed because people that had lived there for generations couldn't afford to live there anymore because the damned CA millionaires had bought up so much of the area the property values and taxes were driving the locals out of the county. Folks that had lived on family land forever had to sell and move out, yet still commute to Jackson to make a living. That ain't right.

They said the only bright spot was that the billionaires were starting to buy up everything and were driving out the millionaires.

Boulder & California – overpriced and overrated!

Illegal’s – we know where they all are so round them up and ship them out!

I have no sympathy for them, if you want to live here do it the legal way! Sure it’s not cheap but if you really want it……

The reason that California is so over run with assholes is BECAUSE it is a beautiful state. Same with Boulder. No one is flocking to Commerce City.

although, with this snow maybe the little tent villages will freeze. I am hoping for a very cold winter now
