I remember all of those places. I particularly remember going to Shakey's Pizza in Kansas City, MO (by Grandview, MO)

watching Laurel & Hardy and other B&W (often silent) movies on their movie screens, and playing air hockey with my brother and dad. They had really good pizza too!
