Default Tighten fit between Upper & Lower

Can anyone tell me if there is an after market part that you can drop into your AR that will tighten the fit between the upper and lower receivers?

My LMT has a little bit of play/wobble in it which I'd like to eliminate cost effectively.

I saw it somewhere, but I have no idea what its called or where to find it.

    Thanks!

There's one called the Accu-wedge that's about $5, then there's an o-ring mod that is supposed to do the same thing. HTH.

Edit: Henpecked beat me to it. I was this close...

    I think Bowers carries them.

    - Accuwedge

    - Colt used to make a front receiver takedown pin that was threaded and accepted a screw from the end. I think there are still some made now by some aftermarket companies. Grind the pin portion that fits through the receiver shorter so that it does not extend past the lower when fully inserted. When you tighten the screw portion into the pin it will tighten up the upper/lower fit. Blue loc-tite on the screw holds it in place pretty well and keeps the tight fit between the upper/lower.

    - JP pin in the rear hole, works extremely well in eliminating wobble. Only problem is that if you need to quickly open up your rifle then you better have a allen wrench handy and had better hope that you don't lose the pieces when you pull the JP pin out. Not field friendly if you need to open up your rifle.
