I wrote this and I meant it with all of my heart.

The only good Palestinian is a dead one
I made this statement remembering the images I saw of Palestinians in the streets cheering the deaths of 3000 people on 9/11/2001.

I made this statement remembering that the Palestinian people overwhelmingly supported Hamas by voting Hamas as their ruling government. Hamas which as part of their charter has vowed the complete and utter destruction of Israel.

I made this statement remembering the thousands of civilians that Palestinian terrorists and their cohorts in Al Quaida, PLO, Black September, et al have murdered in Israel and around the globe.

Now I'll change my mind if someone can find one that has done anything besides promote the destruction of Israel or find one that sides with Israel in the conflict or one that sides with the United States in the War on Terror.

Helen Thomas got the boot for both anti Semetic and anti Israel statements.
I really don't see much difference compared to what the POTUS said today albeit his was slightly more subtle.

It is appalling that our "elected leader" is embracing countries that attempt to settle their differences by detonating explosives in public places and killing innocents. His statements in regards to Syria's president, to either embrace democracy or leave. Turning his back on who has been a staunch allie, Israel.
He is encouraging violence in the middle east and inflaming what tensions already exist.

Regardless of what you feel in regards to the Israel/Palestine issue his statements today are inflammatory and shameful.
He is not worthy of leading this country.

I cannot reconcile the killing of bin Laden, the booting of Thomas, and the support of the Palestinians, Syria, and Jordan.

Bin Laden and Thomas stood against Israel so why move them out of the way when you are going to embrace the closest geographic enemies of Israel.

Did bin Laden and Thomas outlive their usefulness?

I am having trouble with my statement. I mean they can't all be evil can they?

The only good Palestinian is a dead one
I am going to see if I can retract it after I do some research. This is going to be difficult because so much of Palestinian culture as revolves around the "occupation by Zionists" and the eradication of Israel.

I firmly believe that if the Palestinians and their handlers would leave Israel alone there wouldn't be any conflict at all.

there never existed a country of "palestine" a region perhaps. no government existed. no country of palestine. the area was a dump. no resources, no water, no nothing. Israel made it what it is today. Israel was partitioned in 1948. Land for arabs, and land for Jews. The arabs told their people to leave. Many did. Jews were kicked out of arab countries and never given compensation for their homes and businesses.
arabs have been on the UN tit for 60 years getting money for being displaced.

ass a fat (arafat) was given multiple chances at a country for the palis. even when Clinton was in office. But, he did not want one. he wanted all the land. and no Jews in it. so they have had plenty of chances to show they wanted peace, and have never wanted it.

Jordan is the palestinian country. Jordan was given to Israel. Then taken away and given to the sheikh who wanted it. then became jordan. this took the majority or the land away from Israel. Then the palis want whats left too? fuck em. boot em out and send them to either jordan or egypt. then Israel could actually secure its own country from within.

arabs cause the conflict. from with in the palestinian terror tories and from saudi, egypt, syria, iran, lebanon, etc. they perpetuate the myth and perpetuate the hate. they instill in their people hate for Israel, America and Jews from the cradle to the grave.

When Israel unilaterly gave up gaza, there were many many wonderful green houses and farms. the arabs immediately destroyed all of it. even someone with a low iq would have taken free stuff and put it to good use. not the palis. they just destroyed it.

I have read a lot of interesting and well thought out statements so far, I'm just surprised that no one has brought up the temple mount. Doesn’t matter what concessions Israel makes they will never give up the mount, unfortunately nether will the pali's.

My own belief is that the pali's have not an ounce of claim to the mount, since the Muslim "belief" is based and younger than even Christianity and both are some what sects of Judaism then what right do they have?
They took advantage of a plundered Jewish period and like through out history the Jews tried to make it work because at least they still had a foot in the holy land excuse me THE PROMISED LAND. So though out history the Jews just rolled with the punches trying to be as peaceful as possible until ww2 after that it was a collective thought between God and The Jews for them to return to the land that they had been scattered from.

They took back that land by force and the rest of the world watched for the first time in modern era the Israelis fight for land, it seems to me that the rest of the Middle Eastern world and some outside of it resented the fact that they did raise arms and took back what was theirs to begin with.

Depending on your views it won’t get any better and in fact will get much much worse. But there is hope, just not from the Obozo.

It used to be, if a bunch of bad people controlled a place and a country's military had to go in and clean the bastards out, any innocent deaths were held to be the fault of the bad people, for starting shit in the first place.

A shame how we've gone backward, ethically. Now Israel must fear "innocent deaths" and being held responsible for it, rather than Hamas, who initiates hostilities constantly.

Anyway, way to throw the only semi-reasonable state in the mideast (that counts Iraq and Afghanistan, as I don't count any country with Islam as the state religion written into its constitution as at all reasonable) under the bus.

This arab spring is looking to be a repeat of 1967. With any luck, the results will be similarly decisive and the aura of invincibility that Israel has been busy pissing away these last ten years or so will be restored.

Oh to be a fly on the wall in the white house today.
I read the public statements regarding the meeting of Netenyahu(sp) and Oblunder. It sounds as if Oblunder was basically told to pack sand on his 67 border plan.
We can only hope that privately he got ranked and knocked down a notch.

I'm not sure of all this outrage. It seems mostly manufactured by a bunch of people looking for a fight. You cannot say too many bad things about Obama but he does know how to talk. He knows how to say something that sounds like something but parses to nothing.

Most of the hard-care pro-Israeli people aren't upset. Even Abe Foxman isn't. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...Rv7G_blog.html. He's head of the Anti-Defamation League and never been shy about climbing in anybody's face where Israel is concerned.

The little phrases about security mean everything when Hamas is involved. They will never support Israel's right to exist and while they are a major player there is no game, just a stalemate.

I just don't see this dog hunting.

There are reasonable Palestinians. There even used to be a sizable Christian minority. They are mostly here leaving the homicidal loonies in charge. After Israel won in 48, a sensible part of the world would have taken the refugees and settled them somewhere. That's what happened to the few million ethnic Germans and others after WWII. Unfortunately, this is the Middle East and we had the UN to be helpful so we ended up with eternal refugees and people whose job it is to keep them living in squalid shanty towns where the greatest ambition is to be a suicide bomber.
