Yeah, those spelling/grammar Nazi's do love to roll around this thread and police the ones who just can't quite communicate like grown people.

As has been mentioned above it all depend on the standards of the board owner and moderators. I don't think it is just because this is a local board. There are other boards that are not just a bunch of jerks. I go to the Bowers Subguns.com boards. The moderators keep the board free of jerks but still have lively discussions. I'm sure there are other gun boards that are friendly to all good people. Uzitalk.com is good too. Just keep checking around.
