I especially dislike them... that's why I tend to avoid jobs and situations that make me put up with them.

I try to be cool and reasonable and find the CSR usually is more responsive.

I fully understand what your getting at but I have lived in the shit parts of Aurora and having stuff like that go down was almost expected. Ya the hood rats steal in shitty hoods all the time. Where when you get into the "better" parts happens occasionally ya but not a common thing by any means.
You sir, are a specialist in the art of discovering a welcoming outcome of a particular situation....not a mechanic.
