It's our legal system we put them through, so yes, the 6th amendment applies unless you think the Mexican legal system has precedence inside our borders. BTW, a set of rules for illegals and a set of rules for citizens, within our borders, is a violation of the 14th Ammendment.

Suck it. If a truck is passing or going faster than the other traffic, by all means get in the left lane. If they're going slower, get the f*ck out of the left lane. Same as every other driver on the road. What needs to happen is we need to enforce the rules of the road, stay the hell out of the left lane if you aren't going significantly faster than the traffic around you.
I've noticed I'm getting more and more irritated at "city folk" lately. The ones that honk and get angry when driving down a county road and get stuck behind farm equipment because they don't understand why he needs to drive on the road, complain about the "bad" smell when passing by a cattle farm or similar on a road trip, that call me Tex, that whine about their supervisor making them do their jobs and complain cause they've been working for too long (4 hours, real long time there) cause they've never put in a true day's work - dark to dark physical labor - in their lives (I chewed some dumbshit pothead out at work yesterday for this... on my first day... I'm sure they love me).
You probably won't last long. If you're being a hard ass to other employees anyway. What kind of work?
If you ban semi-trucks from the left lane, then all the other lanes will wear out faster.

If the IDF spots individuals sneaking across certain borders at night they will shoot them, but that does not apply to all borders and you are correct that they do have a lenient and liberal immigration policy.
I think that if Border Patrol agents spot people sneaking across our borders at night, they also should be permitted to shoot them. If you want to live here illegally get a visa like everyone else and go through the checkpoint. I am a lot more tolerant of folks who overstay visas than folks who swim the Rio Grande at night or try to pack a hundred people in a Conex container and sneak them in on a truck. If you ARRIVE legally that is a lot different -- as long as you speak English and get a real license plate.
