Mine would be:
-Bicyclists in the city who disregard traffic lights and turning vehicles (waiting for a big splat)
-Bicyclists in the mountains who TAKE UP THE ENTIRE LANE, share the road goes both ways, and I was always taught the rules of the sea: Yield to the bigger boat.
-Motorcycle d-bags who have pipes so loud you can't have a conversation 1/2mi away, assholes. You're not cool bruno, tone it down.
-Guys who wear MMA clothing (like TapOut and UFC) that probably have no idea how to fight and would curl up in a little ball and cry if actually hit.
-All the homeless downtown that beg for money... I work hard for mine, I hate how my taxes go to those on welfare, and I only donate to WWP and PHA (that's Wounded Warrior Project and Purple Heart Assoc., respectively), do you really think I want to give you money so you can continue to sit and do nothing?
-Had to add one more, because this reds my ass: Parents who let their 14 year old daughters wear clothing that wasn't even allowed when I was in high school... I'm not saying they're going to turn into little sluts (Lindsey Lohan style!) but they are wearing the uniform, if not, then the practice uniform.
Gotta disagree on that one. It gets annoying in residential areas, but around town and on the highway I felt better knowing that even if some idiot not paying attention doesn't see me, he can damn sure hear me.
The rest though, completely agree. I took my 13yo sister to breakfast this morning, she had shorts that could pass as underwear and makeup that made her look like a freakin raccoon. Needless to say she won't be doing that anymore, at least not around me.

They were all nicely dressed in their spandex, cycle shoes and those space helmets. They must have thought I was following too close (which I wasn't) ... did I mention they were riding side by side ? Anyway just before they crested the hill one of them FLIPPED ME OFF! .....After I topped the hill I floored the old Dodge, it did my old heart good to see those sooty faces staring at my tail pipe.
I bought my first diesel up in Boulder. When I was test driving it, some guy taking a break with his bicycle on the side of the road fake coughed and flipped me off... so I hammered it and let him have it. I decided I wanted to buy it after that
