Yeah, I didn't always agree with her. I had her for Federal Indian Law, which is was more case law than theory based. I learned a ton. As long as you haven't ever taken Meranto, you will be fine...she is a nut
Beef up the boarders and make getting a job (if there are any left) impossible for illegals. As long as they can get jobs here they'll find a way across the boarder.

Yes I did read the entire thread from page one, every post. I was amazed by some of the arrogance a ignorance displayed but choose to post my thoughts on the original post only. Im talkin to you still because you keep commenting on MY post in particular, even though you have failed to make one sensible comment.
It's not that I don't understand sarcasm, it is that you jumped into the very end of a conversation with zero introduction. Your post was stupid. So stupid that I had to comment on it. I realize now that it was supposed to be stupid, because you attempting sarcasm, but how was I supposed to know that?
I keep talking about your post because it blows my mind how much of an asshole you are acting like over the whole thing. I'm going to go read your introduction thread and see if you mentioned anything about sometimes acting like an asshole in there. Maybe I should have known better.
Anyway, in case you missed it, I'm sure that you and I are probably in agreement on this topic, so you can lay off the pissing contest antics any time. I look forward to seeing what you have to say from the beginning of a conversation some time.

Didn't mean to such an ass but I can be when frustraited and after some of the post I read on this thread I definitely stated frustraited and on the defense.
I posted so late because I'm new here. I have to say though if I had been the 1st to respond I would of said the same thing.
I didnt put this in my intro thread post but I'm a big believer that " all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
This is what immigrants are looking for and they find it with work WE provide.
I agree w beefing up the borders a small portion of what we spend on overseas wars could close em up real nice. There are jobs here, plenty, this is why most illegals are coming. I believe we stop hiring illegals and/ or fill the jobs they are getting we will see a huge reduction in those attempting to cross.
Had a lecture by her during the class about the 60/70s Indian movement. She also wrote the text for my class. She is very very political and was one of the higher up players in many of the movements for change back in the day. I think nut might be an understatement. She doesn't back up her claims of truth very well in her text book, and I suspect she doesn't back up her professional papers very well either. A lot of disregarded and legitimate countering publications to her work.

I was not initially stating we kill them for crossing illegally... punish habitual offenders that obviously won't abide by the rules that if you're banned from entering the country for 10 years and still try then you probably won't respect any of our other laws. Also- these illegals hinder my rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I get pretty fucking unhappy when I have to press 2 for Spanish (which shouldn't even be an option), flood our country with crime, drugs, and more non-English speaking people, burden our hospitals and raise costs because they're "undocumented" and don't have ins., exponentially crowd our cities and burden our economy because most of their money goes back to family in Mexico, burden our economy further by not paying any taxes (except piddly little sales tax), and oh yeah, I'm pretty unhappy that my uncle and cousin have to carry guns on their property in AZ because of all the cartel and smuggling activity. So their "rights" are somehow more important than those of a citizen? They have more of a right to just flood into our country with little to no punishment but a slap on the wrist? And why should we, the taxpayers, have to pay for their healthcare, their punishment, and their goddamn wellfare?
In addition to that, I'm fucking sick of hearing all this "the Native Americans had their country stolen from them... blah blah blah," fuck that, it's a cop out. I didn't take anything, I was born here. If you look at history we purchased a lot of land that makes up America. There may have been quite a bit of mistreatment toward the indigenous population, but did anyone living here right now commit any atrocities toward them? I don't think so. We have an established government, society, and lifestyle set up now here in America. Go ahead and try to give the country back to the native Americans, but I can promise you won't last long, especially if you try to make me give up my property to someone who I see now, this day in age, as having no right to it. I have some 5.56mm rounds I'd defend my property with, so please, let's see if flesh and lead are evenly matched... I also feel the same way about reparations- slavery ended what? 150 years ago, so why would you punish me for something I didn't do?

1-no matter how many times a person trys to cross you cant kill them for that. its wrong in s oooooo many way! Remember laws do not effect criminals, they do not obey the laws which is what make them illegal and new laws wont change that. This is like all the extream anti gun people that think new, more, and stiffer laws will stop criminals from having and using guns, it only hurts or effects those already obeying the law. Most of these people risk death in there attempts to get here as it is, one more chance of death isnt gonna stop them. How bout the death penalty for your red blooded american business men that keeps hiring illegals???? cut off the source of the problem, the WORK!
2- The large majority of people (leaches) that are sucking this country and our goverment programs dry (welfare,social security,prison systems) are AMERICAN. 5th, 6th, 7th generation americans whos way of life is to depend on such programs to pay there way in life wether it be by applying for goverment assitance or repeatedly returning to jail. The largest quantities of the most hard drugs come in through canada and are from europe and asia or are produced right here in your own back yards. I promise you if you stopped ALL illegal immigration it would hurt our economy not help it.
3-Companies do not have the spanish option for illegal immgrants can have someone to talk to. They spend alot of money to have this option available because a large portion of there paying (contributing to society) customer base speaks spanish and as most companies do, they are catering to those who spend. As our country consists of millions of legal people who prefer to speak spanish sounds like good business to me. And as a very large portion of americans dont actially pay any taxes and actually get tax returns exceeding what the paid out, id say illegals paying sales tax contribut just as much as many of us do.
4-Your not being punished for the atricities that were done to native americans or blacks. Your being asked to learn from them and not repeat the mistakes. Thats what makes this a great country and us a great people. I wont even go deeper on those atricities as thats another topic altogether. Point is, it wasnt ok then its not ok now regardless of borders or laws. There rights are no more improtant then yours, yours are no more important then theres, thus the saying ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL!
If your soo bothered about illegals then get your goverment to better gaurd our borders and crack down on those hiring illegals. Your idea would basically put the message "if we catch you-you die, if not-theres plenty work and a great life here"
My message would be "we will make it nearly imposible for you to get here and if you do sorry no work"
