Phoebe Cates (see photo above) was born 7/16/1963

for a contrast of generations, I have chosen Beyonce Giselle Knowles, who was born on 9/4/1981.

For those of us who recall Ms. Cates' acting debut in FTARH, it was a significant emotional event in a young man's life. One might relive that moment over and over again as long as there was a sufficient supply of tissues. On the other hand, if I were to have the same thoughts about Ms. Knowles, I could possibly be considered a child molester.
