I purchased the gun at Jensen's in Loveland. They were great and sent the pistol back with no charge to me. Diamondback replaced the slide assembly and barrel and threw in an extra mag (and sticker) to say sorry. If I had it to do over again, I'd do the same thing. It now works perfectly and I feel confident carrying it. I hope this helps.
Thanks for your input,I've read pretty much the same thing.what I don't understand is why they have to get sent back to the manufacturer to be made right and there not made right to begin with. Also it sounds like jensons is a good dealer ill probably get one there.
