I don't see anything wrong with what you said. I have never dealt with them and with all the feedback from the great members here I know for certain I will never step foot in their door.

I don't see a need for the apology, but thank you and others for their advice and guidance to steer others away from a poorly run business. there is nothing better and nothing worse in advertising than word of mouth.

No worries, we all make mistakes in our personal behavior, thanks for stepping up. I know Rich and he is who he is. I like to stop by his place when I am down south and look around, lots of neat stuff to see. They won't work on my guns anymore though.

Next trip south on a work day I will make it by your shop and say hello.
