    Alternatively: grease up your upper's rear lug, then apply a bit of RTV to your lower. Close the rifle, engage the pin, "pull" the halves apart.

    Custom fit "accuwedge"

    I think if the "sloppy" fit between an AR upper and lower bothered a guy, the precision fit of any AK would really make his OCD flare up.

    I use Accuwedge, I have had to cut them down a bit to fit, but it doesn't hurt the performance one bit!

    WTF...are we trying to get Benchrest results from an AR...let alone AK...how about just getting enough rounds down range to do some damage. Isn't that what the original purpose of these rifles is?
