I went and took a slow drive through the area, no cameras anywhere to be found.
Luckily the insurance co has been cool so far, they waived his deductible and got him in a rental.

Too bad some of the revenue this state generates via all of the various "Traffic safety enforcement" activity isn't invested into "bait cars" to help to catch these theives. Car thefts are skyrocketing in CO.
