How did everything work out for you?

Yeah I was a tech for Jaguar/Land Rover and other high line vehicles for 10+ years. Being an A level tech was sometimes more of a burden than a help. You end up getting all of the hard problems that no one had seen before. I became very good friends with the field engineers.

Yea the field guys are getting to know me on first name basis-they call me direct now as opposed to calling the service manager.
It can be a pain especially when your flat rate.
