Even a teflon coating can be burned away by enough heat. EH is a lawyer, and thus reprehensible by nature. 99.9% of lawyers give the good ones a bad name. He should not, however, be allowed to resign. He should be indicted, fired, tried, and imprisoned. Given that his complicity in multiple federal offenses resulted in the death of a Federal Agent, he should be incarcerated in a federal maximum security prison, in the general population.
