    It wasn't just an accident. Based on the article, the car hit was double parked so the motorist that is charged was in the wrong to begin with.

    Not true at all. You are at fault if you run into a stationary object, no matter where it is parked.

    Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.

    Good question. There are some instances where the stationary vehicle can share fault, like around a bend in the middle of the fast lane.
