PTSD sucks, and alot of these people are going to grapple with it for the rest of their lives.

My wife and I faced an aborted home invasion: a brick tossed through our sliding glass door at 3am. The inner pane didn't break, and the guy took off once the element of surprise was lost. It took a good two years before we stopped waking up in fear at every little sound. Today we don't wake up in fear, we just wake up.

I heard on 9 news he bought the 4 guns at Gander Mt and Bass Pro in the last 60 days, 2 of the most expensive gun shops(not important) and 6000rds online all legally. Oh great how does that look?

The hairdos are repeating this so much (i.e., 4 guns, X thousand rounds, all purchased legally) that I'm starting to get pissed off. This is not the problem and not the lesson to draw from this event.

That's the driving force that's going to clear the way for obummer getting re elected. He is going to start pushing hard for A.W.B's and the liberals are going to squeal with pleasure and bam its a done done deal.

With CO a swing state, you can bet this will play a role in securing CO for Obama. I'm not sure how well Romney can defend a pro-gun position in CO after this event.

All in all, a bad week or month for law abiding gun owners. I appeal to you all to follow all laws and not say things out of anger or frustration that play into the anti-2A crowd.

But the next president gets to select SCOTUS justices. That is the biggest threat in the next 4 years IMO

There was some argument about weather or not the Grands were loaned or sold to Korea, and that if they were loaned then they shouldn't be sold back.

I'd hate for someone to pay $900 plus for a fucked up Big 5 Garand.

It doesn't make sense to ban the importation of the Garands when they allow the importation of AKs and other scarier guns. I think there is more to it than just he don't like no guns.
