I have been seriously considering voting "against obama" lately. But then thanks to someone here I was reminded that it would make me a "sheep", so I'm now feeling like I would be selling out my principles based on a fear based message. The exact type of politicking I hate the most.

I don't know, he HB, looks like he's still struggling with it. I don't think he's messing with us, I'll take him at his word.

If you don't think there's really anything to be concerned about in that message, then I understand how you'd feel that way. I would too.

Soooooo many people say that they would rather vote for someone else, but they can't because of all the other stupid people who only vote the party line. So now, it is less stupid to follow the dumb voters, in order to prevent the other dumb voters from winning with their guy. What happened to the spirit of standing up for what is right, even when you are out numbered?

That's just it though. So many have said they would rather vote for someone else, that if they did politics as we know it would fundamentally change.

I don't want to hear any more BS about how anyone would rather vote for someone else, except....

All that says is "I'm a coward." Either be a coward, or don't be one, but for the love of the US, stop trying to convince everyone else that being a coward is the way to go.

With this being said, at this point in the election, I don't feel there is anyone else to vote for but Romney, because of the way the primaries have gone. The attitude of the coward voters and the stupid party line voters, needs to be changed well before the primaries. It is too late now.
