    Default My dog- vet question

My lab has a yeast infection in both his ears, anybody have any home remedy options before I take him to the vet?

He has had them his whole life, not painful, but phew his ears stink something bad.

Try installing a 1:1 solution of white vinegar and isopropyl alcohol in his ears a couple times daily. Worked for my dog a while back, and may be worth a try before moving on to more expensive options. Now I try to put it in their ears after any trip to the lake.

If have a vet the meds shouldn't be that expensive if your vet is anything like mine you can call them and possibly get the meds.

Yeah I would do that, but my vet charges for everything. I guess I could try that, but not gonna hold my breath.

This! Or dilute wild oregano oil in some water. 2 drops per pint.
