I have a couple of soldiers that play every fantasy league known to man. I think they spent 3 hours talking about the ref's on Tuesday.

A couple of the guys I work with are like this. They can spit out stats about players like water from a faucet...I don't get it. I can't talk about guns/shooting (or woodworking, or cars, or anything else I can think of) like they talk about football. I really can't understand how anyone can sink themselves so far into any one subject that they almost shape their lives around it.

I watch hockey, and I like a team. However, that team does not pay me enough (at all) to care for, fight for, tattoo shit on me for etc.... I own a few jerseys, but that's about it.

P.S. Comparing football to watching paint dry is not fair...................to the paint.
