    My wife brought home a lovely pack of bacon today. Just a surprise token of her love. I cooked up the bacon in a heavy layer of Dillo Dust, and made a couple bacon-tomato-cheese sammies. Who says romance is dead?

    Bacon Brats from Edwards Meats in WheatRidge...

    Cook em on the grill (all the neighbors will be out) toast some sourdough rolls, slap the brats on the rolls with some cheddar, off the gas close lid for 5 mintues...slap a fresh tomatoe slice on top and serve with a cold afternoon football game and a beer.

    The boys and I have them when the wife is out...they won't let her even try them claiming they are "Man Food only"

    I used to get lots of meat from Edwards Meats when I was living in town. Good stuff there. I'll have to stop by and get some of the bacon brats. Sounds freaking awesome!
