Ever since the first reports of his house fire, I've been hoping for the best.
Best of luck to you Karl, I hope you get off.

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

best of luck to Karl. Hope we hear about his status soon. At least it didn't turn into a case of:
"man with huge arsenal burns down his home. Assualt Weapons recovered"
I don't know the man, but I believe in the "innocent until proven guilty" thing, and I wish him the best. Regardless of whatever "circumstances" there may be, accidents DO happen.
aye no kiddin, that woulda been bad....
Whats the worst he can get for setting a house on fire? Hopefully not too bad, and hopefully he gets a competent lawyer that can explain to the jurers how the horrific reloading accident happend![]()
My wife and I have both worked in the mortgage industry for a number of years. You'd be surprised how much devastation people do to their homes when they're getting forclosed on and they don't get in a bit of trouble.
People break windows, urinate on the carpet, tear out the sheetrock, remove all the cabinets, tear out all the carpet. One person actually cut through all the water pipes and flooded the entire house. It was a total loss and had to be demolished. None of that crap is illegal but I guess arson crosses the line.
I hope so too. I do believe he is, but that's just knowing the man and not all the facts. I know something like foreclosure could make someone snap with anger for a time, but he's always seemed level headed to me.
Sure as hell will give him the benefit, unlike his one neighbor they showed on the news. That lady seemed mean.
One way or another, this'll make for another great story for Karl to tell at a shoot sometime.
Hang in there Karl.
