I jewed a disassembled mak90 from bobby z in trade for another rifle I expect it to shoot decently. Bob, I like the romy hardwood set you used, I think I'll have you refinish a set for my mak too. Yes bob does great work, I've been trading for his wood furniture since the old Gunco.net days years ago lol

I am no AK-47 expert, but have owned several from the cheapest WASR to the top of the line Arsenals, so have my own opinions.
History wise, the AK-47 was designed in 1947, (hence the "47" designation), to be a simple, reliable automatic rifle that could be manufactured quickly and cheaply, using mass production methods. Looser tolerances mean better reliability, but less accuracy. The short sight radius means a little off in aiming translates to a bigger affect on impact. Most people use the cheapest, steel cased ammo they can find, because the AK eats it up and still goes "bang" just about every time. The majority of AK's imported into the country were inexpensive because the workmanship varied from decent to questionable.
All these factors contribute to it being inherently less accurate then more modern rifles like the AR-15/M-16. Yes, a trained operator can shoot it well, but honestly, it was never intended to be the most accurate rifle on the battlefield. It's tough, it's reliable, it's affordable, it's bad ass looking, yet simple to operate and maintain. With a decently built one and some training, it has always been considered "good enough" when it comes to accuracy. That being said, I love mine!

MY FEEDBACK
I think it's funny that on the same day new gun restriction laws are proposed, I score a couple of Romo 40 rounders!

Damn that is nice, I'd get something like that for mine, but not really worth it for a Romanian made cheap one.
