If my wife has her way I'll soon be living near where you are now. She looks at properties in Evergreen and Conifer a few times a week. Kind of makes sense since I work in Lakewood and she works in Golden.

If you find something... pretty expensive for houses up here, but if you do I know not many insurance companies are writing up here anymore (except the ones I sell for and one other company... Sorry, shameless plug).
How much is property up in WY? I'd be interested in something in or around Jackson's Hole, lots of land so I can set up a range and no neighbors close by to complain about the constant gunfire.

A few years back a friend of mind offered to sell me like 30 acres outside of Sheridan (towards the Decker coal mines) for 5 grand. He inherited a bunch of land that is pretty nice. If I could find a job there, I would have been all over it.

Shit, you should have bought that job or no job. For $5k you wouldn't even have to live there, just use it as you vacation spot. That looks beautiful.

Also, this same bill is sitting in committee here in SC. Hope it doesn't die but who knows. Bad part is being that first guy/group, throw down a bunch of cash and get your door kicked down and yourself disappeared.
