And I really do think its the same thing, he stole someone elses property and used it to generate revenue in the form of donations.
Theft is theft.

The mailer was not used for RMGO purposes, it was used to campaign for an election. RMGO was not involved. It was not used to generate donations, it was used as an attack ad of the opponent.
