Evie Hudak seemed more concerned with the media getting a copy of the police report, than the fact that she was accused of committing a crime.

She's a real winner. Since she isn't term limited, hopefully there are efforts to recall her.

Evie is my senator and I got to talk to her last election. Needless to say she is your typical smug/arrogant politician. She and I have traded some emails back and forth lately for some reason
Guess she know I won't be voting for her (nor did I before thank god!)

No.

The only place I am familiar with votes of "no confidence" is in parliamentary bodies when the ruling party decides to remove their Prime Minister.

In the Congress, ruling party members can strip committee assignments and party positions from members who do not toe the line with party leadership. If an elected official is accused of misconduct, there is usually a disciplinary or ethics committee that will investigate and lay charges against an elected official.
