I have bought several Sig p220 mags on eBay and several 10 round Saiga 12 mags. These were from active stores.

I was able to do a reverse phone number lookup and sure enough it came back to a Lesle Teniison Fletcher in Jersey City, NJ.
I used instantcheckmate.com to find out more info on him and Dalia.
Who'd a thunk: Dalia Kismet Genena has a criminal record for THEFT >=$20<$500 BY CHECK out of Denton, TX. I should be able to put some pressure on her since she is the one who received my money.

When I attempted to enter a dispute through PayPal (didn't figure it would work) I got this:
"We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly."

I did not use a CC, so that dispute option is out.

Time for legal threats/actions.

Now that someone posted Dalia's facebook page... I was able to find the Les Fletcher that she is friends with. Apparently it wasn't the one I listed above but is instead... this Les "Teniison" Fletcher from Scottsdale, AZ.

I just sent the following email to Dalia and CC'd a Texas attorney (childhood friend of mine).

Well, Dalia Kismet Genena (DOB XXX), looks like we have a problem.

I sent $500 to your PayPal account, and Leslie Teniison Fletcher (DOB XXX) has not sent me the 2 M16 Bolt Carrier Groups as agreed. He has also stopped responding to my emails or taking my calls. I am afraid I may now be forced to pursue criminal charges against you and Les for theft.

You may be familiar with how this works, seeing as how you had a bit of bad luck in 1997 with passing bad checks and THEFT >=$20 <$500 BY CHECK. Then, it appears you met Les and shared in a civil judgement against the two of you in 2012.

I am sorry Les got you involved in this scam. However, you accepted $500 from me for merchandise that I never received. You are now liable, and I intend to be reimbursed.

It's amazing what you can find out when your wife works for the CSPD. Who by the way, is more than upset with me for sending you the money in the first place. You see, she is less trusting than I; comes with the territory.

I suggest you return the $500 to my PayPal account at XXX@gmail.com and I will consider this unpleasant issue resolved.

I will wait until Monday for my funds to be returned before taking further legal action against you and Les.

Not quite sure but there may be some Federal crime involved here also if it's across state lines; if two people involved may include conspiracy. May be something to look into.

paypal will dispute for goods not received. Gift or not. Just did my a gift dispute last month. No tracking, he gets no $.

Erm, you may want to edit that post and take a few of the personally identifying details out. Also, you could incur some liability by posting some of HER PII on a web forum so ... glad you found them but clean this up.
