Sorry, but spending billions to get a 1 in 1000 odds is never ok. Thats kind of like their if it saves one child argument. There are other things the money could be used for other than crappy schools or forein aid.
1 in 1000 odds is just an example someone brought up; I'm sure the real results are higher. And where do we draw the line to say "sorry, you're not worth it"?
