    Cut out all wheat and youll see a difference as well. Or should I say stay away from it..

    Not just wheat. Like I said I'm cutting out most all grains among many other things to include dairy & most sugars since it's difficult to cut out all. No more pop though that's for sure.

    Not sure how this conforms to conventional 'juice diet' wisdom but I added cayenne pepper to my juice today and what a world of difference - this is actually pretty good stuff now! (still all the celery/carrots/cucumbers/peppers/tomatoes/kale, but now with enough zing to make it something to look forward to....instead of dread).

    I'm not aware of cayenne pepper causing issues w/a juice fast so if it makes it better for you I say go for it. I like spicy stuff to so me & Serrano peppers were good friends the last couple weeks.

    Well, I'm gonna roll with this juice thing for awhile, I think. I've done well so far, and my juicer cost too much to quit. There's a lot of recipes out there to try, and I've made some good experiments. I have "cheated" a couple times when my body demanded something else, but no crap. Nothing like I used to do! Only been a week.

    As long as it's working for you do it man. I didn't cheat once since July 1st when I started. Nothing but juice & water & it started off great for me then kind of fizzled. If I was still doing alright I woulda stuck with it. No reason IMO.
