    Default Any co-ar15 members into "wheeling"?

Pole Hill is an out and back that then connects to a series of trails that circle and connect to each other so you can backup and make it back to the initial road in.

    And to clarify, this was part of the trail, the straight section has a solid 3 foot drop off with a bypass around it. Now I did slide off the trail when the Jeep was pulling me out. Had I realized that was going to happen, I would have had my buddy pull me back out and we'd head back the other way.

    You guys need to invest in a safer tow strap. If that thing comes loose there's a good chance the metal hook is going through a windshield and killing someone.

    Haven't been wheeling since 2011, you guys make me jealous.

    Been wanting to get up to Coney Flats/Middle St. Vrain. One of my fav trails. Then there is Red Elephant and Mill Creek/Bill Moore which is all day ride.
    Part of why I haven't been wheeling is timing and teaming up with someone. Need to do a shakedown on my ugly bitch to make sure I am in operational safety levels.

    so where are we going, mammoth gulch to kingston peak?

    rollins pass east and then hike to the top? rollins pass west is boring, it is beautiful but the road is no challenge

    up fall river road out of idaho springs?

    I'm pretty much up for whatever, I'll likely have mama and the baby along for the ride. Anybody else going? May give us a better idea of the type of trail we should be looking at.

    the trails i mentioned are pretty easy i think.

    i've mountain biked rollins pass on both sides, the east side is way bumpier and shorter - yankee doodle lake is up there and there is a trailhead to a couple more lakes

    i've been up cumberland gulch by st marys in my f250

    i took the f250 a couple miles up mammoth gulch, that was easy too

    i took my 4runner up to the waldorf mine out of georgetown - that was rocky and fun; i did not get to argentine pass b/c of the weather; lots of mining structures and stuff up there;
