This 'behavior' is escalating all over the country in one form or another.

Bert i am right there with you, I had dinner on 16th st. one time about 16 years ago, got to chase down a mugger as an appetizer. that was about all i needed to see of the downtown night life. Made a hell of an impression on my second date with my wife though

I moved out here from Chicago after 32 years being there and some of the "worst areas" in Colorado-Aurora-Denver...etc. Arn't as bad as some of the best areas in Chicago. I've said it a number of times that I would love to load up a bus of these pretend wanna be "gang bangers'' out here in Colorado and ship then to Chicago's south side and see how they do.
