Don't despair Jer, actually quite a bit was accomplished. Woke a lot of people up and it proved to some degree we the people still have a say.
The "D" flipped the finger to the people again, by not allowing the recall to happen and yet again, ignoring their constituents.
They knew if it went to a vote they were screwed so they leveraged Hudak to resign.
    They ate their own.
This is all the more reason to keep people paying attention to politics and awake this upcoming year.

No votes will be changed. Just a lot less ugly woman saying yes or no.

I guarantee you no new gun control laws will be drafted or voted on any time soon, so yes some votes WILL be changed.

But when a vote comes up for bills to reverse this bullshit she sure as shit won't be voting for. That's the kind of stuff I'm talking about.

Those bills won't come up until after the house, senate and Governor's mansion are under (R) control. The recalls are only part of the political backlash coming against the Democrats (knock wood).

No politician is going to attempt to reverse mandatory background checks, and unlimited mag capacity. BGC is $ coming in, and both would be political suicide.
    I hope youre right FWIW

The toughest one to repeal will be the UBGC law ... but even that isn't immune, lots of people hate it and its possible that the repeal of all the new gun laws will come down to a single bill.
The mag ban will very likely be repealed as its stupid and people hate it (and it may be overturned by a constitutional amendment voted on by the people).
We're going to be stuck with the $10 fee tacked on to BGCs forever though ... but if it just applies to FFL transfers it'll suck but we can probably live with it.
