    You have way more patience than I do. I would have walked over there at 0435 and *kindly* offered to help them disable their car alarm.

    It would be a shame if the alarm shorted out and burned that POS to the ground, now wouldn't it? Jus' sayin'...

    i have to admit i have a little redneck in me, oh and a big fu.... truck and lots of straps, winch etc. i might have handled it myself by now. is the door unlocked?

    pop the hood disconnect the battery

    although calling the proper authorities would be the wise thing to do.

    Copy/paste a summary of your rant to the HOA and DCSO. Document and contact the HOA and DCSO each and everytime a HOA violation and/or law is being broken. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. If you don't act soon things will only get worse and at some point you may do something you regret. I feel for you. And the rant was GREAT- it's almost like I was there.
