That was probably my post you are talking to. Both of my billet lowers were tight and I don't just mean new tight. One was so tight a hammer could not get a mag in there. I talked with Paul and to his credit, no questions, he took care of it. Both lowers are now operational and work fine. I would call him and see what he can do for you. Some shops get fed up and it becomes all about the attitude. I have personally not seen this from him.

If only they would return phone calls, reply to emails or FB messages. It is quite the task to get someone to actual to talk to their customers. At least I have my product. Others have been left with nothing for months and months.

If he's not returning messages, that is messed up depending on how long you have been trying. I can say that text messages were usually responded to and even lead to a few calls. Might try that?

    SB15 Shadow Ops Defective Lowers.
I've got five of these defective lowers.
5/5 I can't get any mag in (Magpul Gen2, Gen3, 10,20, 30... Troy Battle Mag, GI Mag). If I get it in, it surely doesn't come out.
How did you get Paul's number? How long did it take to get new ones?

    Thanks greg

I got my handle for a reason as to how I got his number I am persistent. I think his numbers were put out in a previous post. If not, IM me and I will help you out. When I did get the number he actually was responsive. Some on phone very good on text. Sorry to hear about all the trouble, that really sucks. That sounds exactly like what I was seeing. I had a GI mag that would have taken a hammer to get it in. I really don't think they are scammers but damn there are a lot of problems with these guys.

Greg, I had the same issue with the two shadow ops lowers I received about a month ago. I ended up finding my loosest fitting GI mag and spreading lapping compound on the edges that rubbed the lower. Twenty minutes of working the clip in and out and the fit loosened up. It seems as though the mag well tolerances are tight enough that the anodizing process adds just enough to make mag fit undesirable. Once I was finished you could see where the anodizing was worn down where the mag rubbed. Magpuls fall right out now. Not desirable to have to do this, but at least the mags fit now and I didn't have to track down the ever elusive shadow ops team.
